Benefits
No other team building competition is as focused on addressing the key skills and mental challenges encountered in the work-place.
The tasks that form the challenge are carefully structured to ensure that only the collective strength of your team will bring success.
Not only does your team get the chance to demonstrate how effectively they work together, but skills are finely tuned to such a degree along the way, that performance and motivation are boosted to completely new levels of achievement.
The best evidence of the success of the Kielder Challenge, is the number of companies who return to compete year after year.
